Meet Coach Ross Clifton

Biography

Ross Clifton is a 2022 University of West Georgia graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor in Coaching. During his senior year at UWG, he served as a volunteer coach with the Central High School men’s basketball teams for the 2021-2022 season.

Coach Clifton is a GICAA Basketball State Champion and All-State player from his high school years at Lafayette Christian School. He is teaching Credit Recovery and serving as an assistant coach for the men’s basketball teams during his first year at Central.

He recently married his beautiful wife, Alexis, in August. When he is not teaching or coaching, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching UGA football. Coach Clifton and Alexis are very excited to be a part of the Central family.
