Meet Jackson Horton
Hello Central High School Community! My name is Jackson Horton. I am one of the two Agriculture Teachers/FFA Advisors here at Central High School. I will be teaching Basic Agricultural Science/Technology, Animal Science & Biotechnology, and Agribusiness Management & Leadership.
I grew up and live in Centre, Alabama which is located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and beautifully surrounded by Weiss Lake. After graduation from Cedar Bluff High School in Cherokee County, I attended Mississippi State University (BS), and am currently attending Mississippi State University to complete a Master of Science in Agricultural Extension Education.
I love the outdoors and enjoy nature — you will often find me camping, boating, watching football (HAIL STATE!), and traveling with friends and family.
