  • No plunging or deep cut necklines
  • No plunging or low cut backs
  • No two piece dresses
  • No high leg slits

If your dress has a leg slit:

The slit cannot be less than five inches (5") from the inseam. The dress photo must include the leg, stepping to crease the dress, with a measuring tape showing the length.

Note: You may need to send additional photos with the measuring tape showing the measurement from your inseam for approval.

NONE of these dresses are approved.

Parade paperwork is due no later than Monday, October 19 to Linda Morris. You may send a photo of signed paperwork, license and insurance to linda.morris@carrollcountyschools.com

Required Forms:

  • Driver's license (21+ year old driving the vehicle)
  • Proof of insurance for that driver and vehicle
  • Parade permission slip form
Parade

Parents view the parade from CES. Parade vehicles must be street legal, a car or truck is permitted. No boats, no trailers, no ATVs, no tractors. 

ONLY two (2) people in the Homecoming Court vehicle, the driver and the court member. ONLY three (3) people in the Sweetheart vehicle, the driver and the two (2) Sweethearts.
