About Mrs. Lewis

HI!

I'm Madison Lewis and I am the PASS (Partners Advancing Student Success) Student Advocate for Central High School. I graduated in December 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of West Georgia. I got married in 2018 to my husband, Blake. We live in Carrollton with out two pups, Zoey & Eve. Growing up in Carroll County, it has always been an important goal of mine to help students in the county school system feel hopeful. Allowing them to understand that it is possible for them to succeed in school and in life no matter the background.

I was the student advocate at Bay Springs & Villa Rica Middle for the 2018-2019 school year. I now work at CHS as the student advocate by helping provide support and services by identifying challenges students face in class or at home and coordinate with school staff and community partners to help these students and their families in all aspects of their lives. From immediate needs like food, clothing, and school supplies, to more complex needs like counseling and emotional support. As a student advocate my main focus is to help these at-risk students succeed at CHS and beyond.

As a graduate of Central High School, I am extremely excited to have returned to my alma mater in this powerful and positive position. I want to give back to the school that gave so much to me. GO LIONS!!!
