Congratulations go out to our girl soccer team for their outstanding performance against the powerhouse Cedartown Bulldogs as they defeated Cedartown 2-1.  Ashlynn Deese overpowered the opponents with her fierce kicks as she had two goals.  Our boys fell short against Cedartown, however Brian Gonzales had two incredible goals and Luis Garcia had one goal.

Junior students: Please remember that we will continue with Science pullouts today. You are to report directly to your pullout class during your designated times. The pullout teacher will take attendance.
The Key club wants to thank everyone for their participation with the Haiti Relief Efforts.

Remember that next Thursday you will have an early release day.  Teachers, you have received the schedule for early release day by e-mail.  Friday, March 12 is a teacher work day.

Juniors are you aware there are only 8 ½ more instructional days until the Georgia High School Graduation Test? In order to receive a high school diploma you must pass all five exams, I say again, all five exams including the Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies and Writing exam. Again, are you ready? Are you aware you have as much as 3 hours to take each Graduation exam? Here is a Tobin Tidbit - One of the biggest reasons students fail the Georgia High School Graduation Test is they rush or feel pressure to finish because their buddies have finished. Take your time and double check your answers. I repeat, take your time and double check your answers. You will not receive a prize or a diploma because you are the first person to finish the test. You will not be punished because you are the last person to finish.

Seniors: Did you know Elijah Adamiak will be attending Appalachian State? Did you know Ken Startup has been accepted to Louisiana State University? Did you know Kaitlynn Helton and Abby Whorton will be attending the University of Georgia? Did you know Bim Olajubutu will be attending Georgia Tech University? You will notice their pictures on the front office wall. If you have been accepted to college, please bring in your acceptance letter, wear your college shirt, get your picture taken and have your picture placed on the front office wall.

Students: Please remember that this Thursday you will have an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 12:30. Teachers: Please check your email for early release schedule. Students you will have a day off as well on Friday, March 12 as this is a teacher workday.

Teachers please come to the front office to sign-up for one of four faculty meetings on Friday, March 12. All faculty meetings will take place Please check your email for the faculty meeting agenda.
