The mission of Central High School is to provide all students with educational opportunities through a challenging curriculum which meets the needs of a diverse school community.

Teachers -- Please check dress code, have students toss all food and drinks from outside vendors, spit out gum and remove all head gear. Put cell phones away as you enter class.

Students may NOT wear earbuds or headphones in the hallways.

SHOUT OUT

Today’s big shout out goes to Anna Carnes and Shirley Sharp for being selected as Carroll County School System's nominees for U.S. Presidential Scholar program in the area of academics. This is a huge honor and we are very proud of both ladies!

Our second shout out goes to Ms. Marla Martin, Class Officers and Student Council members for organizing a great Sadie Hawkin’s dance. More than 300 students danced and had a wonderful time at the Sock Hop! Thanks for a wonderful Saturday night dance!

Our third shout out goes to Mr. Brian Terry for helping decorate the old gym for Saturday night’s dance. The twinkle lights made the gym look like a ballroom! Thanks Mr. Terry!
