The mission of Central High School is to provide all students with educational opportunities through a challenging curriculum which meets the needs of a diverse school community.

Teachers -- Please check dress code, toss all food from outside vendors, ask students to spit out gum and remove all head gear. You know the drill, let’s get it done.

Attention Class of 2019: You may wear school appropriate attire under your cap and gown for the class picture. You are not required to wear formal clothing for the picture. Seniors will be called from class for the 9:00 a.m. photo lineup on the football field. Remember, you are not excused from first period and will be counted absent if you miss class if you miss class.

Seniors, it’s time to take care of all debts owed to Central High School organizations. Please check Infinite Campus TODAY to see if you owe money to a group or the cafeteria.


Attention Junior Marshals: Permission slips for participation in graduation need to be turned in as soon as possible to Linda Morris in the Media Center.

Come see Central High School's production of Annie: The Musical this weekend! Performances are on Friday and Saturday, April 26 and 27, at 7:00 p.m. Performances will be held at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center and tickets are $10 at the door. We can't wait to see you there!

If you are a FFA member or completed an agriculture pathway, make sure to see Ms. Williford or Ms. Dysart to get your banquet invitation ASAP.

Attention Best Buddy Club members - Remember that you all are invited to be recognized at The "Yes I Can" Awards banquet on May 2 at 6:00 p.m. at the Carroll County School Performing Arts Center.  Please arrive at 5:45 p.m. so our club can find seats together. It should be a wonderful evening recognizing all of our special friends!!! See Mrs. Hanson if you need more details.


Attention Seniors: If you are interested in beginning a full-time career, plan to attend the Carroll County Schools Senior Career Employment Day on April 30 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the Performing Arts Center. Email Ms. Bass at in order to submit a resume and completing job applications.


Relay for Life takes place this Friday in Lion Valley at 6:00 p.m. Come out and support the fight against cancer.

It’s a great day to be a Central Lion and let’s remember, stay positive, work hard, and make it happen!
