Central High School

Announcements for Friday, December 7, 2018

The mission of Central High School is to provide all students with educational opportunities through a challenging curriculum which meets the needs of a diverse school community.

Teachers -- Please check dress code and have students get rid of all food from outside vendors. Ask students to spit out gum and remove all head gear. Students must use earbuds, not headphones.

SHOUT OUT

Today’s big shout out goes to Deputy Ricky Rayburn and Deputy Steve Walker for coordinating Santa’s visit with our special needs students yesterday.

Our second shout out goes to the Central High School Swim Team for taking third place in Douglasville last night. Individually, the Lions turned in some outstanding performances. Jenny Mcmahan had two PRs, Ava Tyson, Mary Beth Griffin, Karlie Benefield, Brook Groves each had one. Max Farmer, Blaise Bergiel, Bennett Little and Donovan Whitworth all had one PR.

Our third shout out goes to the November Teacher of the Month, Ms. Susan Bedford, and the November Paraprofessional of the Month, Candy Parks. If you see them in the hall today, give them a huge congratulations!
