February 2 is the celebration of Groundhog Day in the U.S. and Canada. It derives from the Pennsylvania Dutch superstition that if the groundhog emerging from its burrow to see his shadow, six (6) more weeks of winter is predicted. This morning, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, so get ready for more cold weather!
