The mission of Central High School is to provide all students with educational opportunities through a challenging curriculum which meets the needs of a diverse school community.

Teachers -- Please check dress code and ask students to get rid of food and drinks from outside vendors.

Seniors -- You should be in the old gym for the economic EOC at this time.


Today’s super big shout out goes to the Central 9th grade boys basketball team beating North Springs 49 to 45. Jayden Greene lead all scorers with 21 points, Matthew Bass scored 11 points, and Dylan Wilson scored 11 points. Central JV boys basketball team beat North Springs 38 to 28. Isaiah Terry lead all scorers with 12 points, Lyle Smith scored 9 points, and Abrin Daniel scored 8 points.

Our second shout out goes to the Central High School Wrestling Team for winning the county duals for the second year in a row!


Attention students and staff! Our FINAL FCA meeting for the year will be this Friday at 7:45! We will be playing a new and exciting game and Keith Trollinger will be speaking! Come fellowship with us on our last day of the year!


End of Course Exams will continue this week during 1st period. Student rosters are posted throughout campus. Tests include U.S. History, Algebra, Geometry and Economics. Students enrolled in Part B of any of these courses will test. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Zerr in 708.

The 2017 football banquet will be held on January 8 at 6:00 p.m. The banquet will be held at the Carroll County Schools Performing Arts Center. There will be more information regarding the banquet once we get back after Christmas break. All players will be required to wear khaki pants and a collar shirt.  Please see Coach Smiley if you have any questions.

Key Club is selling pancake breakfast tickets $7 each. The breakfast will be held on February 10, 17, and 24 Carroll County Ag Center.

The Cans for Cows non-perishable items collection ends today!

Tomorrow are 3rd, 5th, and 6th period final exams. The Holiday Classic Basketball Tournament begins tomorrow and wrestling is in Newnan. Come out and support our Central Lions!!
