Big Congratulations to the Central of Carroll FFA November Teams:

The Agricultural Sales Team - Matthew Simmons, Tre Singleton, Drew Carroll, and Marcus Carabello - placed first in the county and 6th overall in the area competition. The team took on the role of Pennington turf, wildlife, and cover crop seed dealers to sell to a customer based on a given scenario.

The next shout-out goes to Victoria Richardson for placing first in the Job Interview competition. Victoria received perfect scores on both her cover letter and resume and wow'd the judges with her professionalism and knowledge of veterinary science. Victoria will travel to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College to compete against the top 6 individuals at State in December.

The Central of Carroll FFA will host their November meeting after school on November 8 until 4 pm in the agriculture department. The chapter will be writing letters to soldiers for the holiday season as they are away from their families. We will also discuss upcoming team competitions and the Cans for Cows holiday canned drive. Snacks will be provided!
