Central High School

Announcements for Monday, April 17, 2017

The mission of Central High School is to provide all students with educational opportunities through a challenging curriculum which meets the needs of a diverse school community.

Teachers -- Please check dress code and ask students to get rid of food and drinks from outside vendors.

Today’s super big shout out goes to Ms. Christine Hanson’s classes for volunteering to help with invitations and labels for Honors & Awards Night. Thanks for doing a terrific job!

This mornings second shout out goes to Maddie Dodson and Dawson Hunt. Maddie signed to play softball with Columbus State University and Dawson signed with Reinhardt to wrestle. Dawson is the first Central High School wrestler to earn a scholarship in the sport. We are proud of both students and know they will do well.

Students interested in playing softball next year need to stop by and see Coach McKenna in the old gym. Pick up a physical form and have it on file for tryouts.

Attention there will be a brief meeting after school this Wednesday for anyone interested in running Cross Country next year. Please plan on attending!

Ladies, don't forget to turn in your Miss Leonine registrations in the band room by Monday. We have added several more awards this year including prettiest hair, and prettiest dress! Pick up registration packets in the band room or front office!
