Central High School’s FBLA is Region Champion ~ AGAIN!

Central High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) organization brought home the Region Championship trophy for the 7th time in eight years. The following students have advanced to state competition. Patrick Jennings in Banking and Financial Systems and Economics; Olivia Hall in Business Calculations; Kayla Batchelor in Business Communications; Brant Entrekin in Economics; Sara Jennings in Introduction to Business Communication; Naomi Norbraten and Elizabeth Haney in Introduction to Financial Math; Christian Putman in Introduction to Information Technology; and Destiny Smith in Personal Finance.

Advancing to state and placing first in their competition were Aiden William in Introduction to Information Technology; and Kayla Batchelor in Introduction to Public Speaking.

First place in team events were Heidi Anderson, Samuel Eidson, and Drew Smith in Business Ethics and Olivia Hall, Sandy Wilson, and Emma Yarborough in Emerging Business Issues.

Central High School’s FBLA sponsors are Mrs. Sarah Hall and Dr. Dwayne Vick.
