JROTC earns 4th place in Unarmed Color Guard State Drill Event

The Carroll County Air Force Junior ROTC Drill Team earned 4th place in a recent State Drill Meet in Macon, Georgia. Students in GA-20062 participated in the event for the first time, and were extremely proud to bring home such a huge honor.

The Color Guard is commanded by a first-year Cadet Dakota Freeman from Mt. Zion High School and is accompanied by Cadet Jonathan Pollard from Villa Rica and Cadets John Taylor and Mekala Hutchinson from Central High School. JROTC instructors are Lt Col. Mike Washington and MSgt Henry Astudillo.
