Central High School’s Anissa Ly selected for Emory University Youth Symphony Orchestra

Central High School senior Anissa Ly was selected to play with the Emory University Symphony Orchestra. Over 300 student musicians auditioned for a spot in this select group.

The Emory University Youth Symphony Orchestra (EYSO) is one of the finest pre-college programs in the region. The EYSO supports the pedagogy of school directors and private teachers, while providing additional performance opportunities and ensemble experience.

The EYSO home is the world-class Schwartz Center for Performing Arts on the Emory University campus. Members are under the direction of award-winning conductor and composer, Richard Prior, and Associate Conductor, Paul Bhasin. Students will perform three (3) concerts during the school year in the renowned Emerson Concert Hall.
